Our "No Show" Policy

We want to do our best to respect your time. We request that patients also extend the same courtesy. Our practice has a policy to charge a fee for patients who fall under the following:

 

1) Do not give our office notice of cancellation 24 hours before their appointment

2) Arrive 15 minutes after the expected scheduled appointment

 

If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, patients are required to call or leave a message at least 24 hours before their appointment time. Notification allows the practice to better utilize appointments for other patients in need of prompt medical care. Click here for our detailed policy.
