who we are
We are specially trained to be your first point of entry into the healthcare system and will be your advocate in coordinating all healthcare needs.
We provide preventive care and comprehensive services for:

Routine wellness checks (physical examinations, lab tests, vaccinations, mental health assessment, nutritional counseling, and health education)

Chronic disease management (ie: diabetes, arthritis, obesity, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, etc.)

Sick visits (colds, flu, infections, rashes, earaches, abdominal issues, etc.)

Minor injuries (including aches and pains, muscle pulls, sprains, sunburn, lacerations, etc.)

Minor surgical procedures (suturing, biopsies, wart/mole removal, etc.)
Our goal is to understand you and your healthcare needs by routinely monitoring your overall health. We partner with you to make healthcare decisions and if your needs require the care of a specialist, we will make recommendations, coordinate your care, and be with you every step of the way.
Our Hunterdon Health network consists of over 30 primary and specialty practices throughout Hunterdon, Somerset, Mercer, Warren, and Morris counties. We are continuing to expand our network of providers so our community does not have to drive great distances to get the care needed.
